Dr. Sheri I. Fields

Dr. Sheri I. Fields is a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM’s Talent and Transformation practice. She works in the Hampton office in Virginia and supports federal clients in talent development, training, and contract and performance management. Prior to joining IBM, Dr. Fields worked with DoD clients in creating processes, deploying IT systems, and supporting warfighters with readiness capabilities.

Dr. Fields earned a doctoral degree from Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership, a Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
