He has been successful in many efforts with the company such as establishing IBM in South Africa. Prior to his current position, Sreem gained much international experience working across Europe and the Middle East for the Nestle Group, Redland (a large UK-based construction company), Dubai Aluminium Company Ltd (DUBAL) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has worked for IBM in varying roles and consulted for IBM before becoming a managing partner. He has a technical/engineering background complimented with his management experience and believes planning, preparation and collaboration are critical to internal and external stakeholders. He feels strongly about giving back to both his professional and personal communities and is seeking opportunities to grow and help others succeed.
