Joseph Wholey is Professor of Public Administration at the University of Southern California, where his work focuses on the use of strategic planning, performance measurement, and program evaluation to improve government performance and accountability.

Oded Shenkar is the Ford Motor Company Chair in Global Business Management and Professor of Management & Human Resources, Fisher of Business, The Ohio State University. Professor Shenkar’s research interests include international business, particularly comparative and international management.
